Some of you may be wondering why we are getting married on a Thursday. Well, first of all, we hope that you can take some extra time and enjoy the wonders of Sonoma County. Why not make it a "mini vacation" in wine country?
Actually we picked June 19 for a reason. Ted and I first met on June 19, 2002 (see "our story"). So we are getting married on the 6 year anniversary of our first meeting. Ted also proposed to me last summer on June 19 when we were in Italy (see "the proposal"). Ted likes to joke that this way he will never forget our wedding anniversary.
We are looking forward to seeing you all and celebrating our love with friends and family. Sonoma County is our home and a lovely place for an outdoor summer wedding. If you are visiting from out of town, please let us know how we can help with your "mini vacation" plans. We have some fun events planned on the Friday after the wedding including brunch and wine tasting. We feel so fortunate to live in Sonoma County and love sharing insider tips on all that wine country has to offer!
